ME3000 Analog Electronics Courseware
The ME3000 is a complete out-of-box teaching lab solution targeting 1st/2nd year B.Eng electronic
engineering students.
This solution focuses on semiconductor fundamentals, circuit analysis and its
applications. In order to achieve a better understanding on semiconductor devices, students are required to
complete the lab exercises and accomplish the given assignments to enhance their analytical, simulation and
design knowledge using Agilent modular test instruments and SPICE software.
The trainer kit comprises two
modules; Diode & Transistor Module and Op-amp Module in which the user will explore the functionality and
application of diode, transistor and op-amp in a circuit. This courseware consists of :
